• apache2 - Add Apache2 support

• ruby_targets_ruby27 - Build with MRI Ruby 2.7.x
• ruby_targets_ruby30 - Build with MRI Ruby 3.0.x
• ruby_targets_ruby31 - Build with MRI Ruby 3.1.x
• ruby_targets_ruby32 - Build with MRI Ruby 3.2.x
• test - Enable dependencies and/or preparations necessary to run tests (usually controlled by FEATURES=test but can be toggled independently)
