There is no known workaround at this time.

Решение

OpenPBS has been masked in the Portage tree for replacement by Torque. All OpenPBS users should unmerge OpenPBS and switch to Torque.

    # emerge --sync
    # emerge --ask --verbose sys-cluster/torque
