I'm unable to update nvidia-drivers. move the tarball to /usr/portage/distfiles not worked

root# cd /var/calculate/remote/distfiles root# wget http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/nvidia-settings/nvidia-settings-378.13.tar.bz2 root# chown portage:portage nvidia-settings-378.13.tar.bz2 root# emerge x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers
