Description
perhaps you know that
simple solution is use ulimit -u N, see
ulimit -a
or set ulimit options in /etc/rc.conf
# grep '^rc_ulimit' /etc/rc.conf rc_ulimit="-u 300"
Rarely have a user will be more than 300 processes
