Could you add sys-apps/pcmciautils package to allow work with pcimca modems and Serial cards (it continue of #114 Feature)

Description
sys-apps/pcmciautils package is needed to work with 16bit pcmcia cards (modems and Serial cards)
Feature #114 is not enought to start working with it.

I have check and serial_cs module and sys-apps/pcmciautils installed is enough to serial card work ok.
