USE flags

• 64bit-index - Enable 64bit array indexing, incompatible with runtime switching
• doc - Add extra documentation (API, Javadoc, etc). It is recommended to enable per package instead of globally
• eselect-ldso - Enable runtime library switching by eselect and ld.so.
• openmp - Use openmp threadding model
• pthread - Use pthread threadding model
• serial - Use no threadding model
• static-libs - Build static versions of dynamic libraries as well
