USE flags

spirv - Build SPIRV targets
test - Enable dependencies and/or preparations necessary to run tests (usually controlled by FEATURES=test but can be toggled independently)
verify-sig - Verify upstream signatures on distfiles
video_cards_nvidia - VIDEO_CARDS setting to build driver for nvidia video cards
video_cards_radeonsi - VIDEO_CARDS setting to build only Southern Islands based chips code for radeon
